OPEN CALL TRYOUTS FOR SKATERS TO JOIN DRRD!
DRRD is hosting a unique opportunity for skaters interested in transferring to the league coming this February. Interested in joining?
Here’s what you need to do:
1) Come to the open Monday night practices ASAP!
(CHILDREN’S ARENA 8PM-10:30PM. 199 Arena St. Oshawa )
2) Pay your dues! (Skaters with DRRD pay $50 a month to skate with the league, collected at the beginning of each month, you will need to pay for one month before testing to be eligible)
3) Come to the tryouts! League assessment will be Monday, February 8th at Children’s Arena. Top 24 scored skaters will be invited to competitive team tryouts happening Thursday, February 11th at Coachlite (Assessment details to follow)
We have many skaters in their 40’s and even 50’s. If you are interested in joining our Freshmeat training is starting up April 11th. Email freshmeat@drrd.ca to register. If you are still unsure come out to our first game of the season on May 14th to see what it’s all about!!
